About Us
Donald Tinty spent his life building relationships with the communities he was involved in. Prior to his death, he made a wish to his sister to use his wealth to support those communities.
The Story
Donald Tinty, prior to his death, informed his sister Beatrice of his wish to assign a large amount of his wealth to create a foundation that would continue to support, after his death, the many community activities that he was involved in and supported during his life time.
In keeping with Donald Tinty's wishes the Tinty Foundation was founded by the executors of the Estate of Donald Tinty.
The mission of the Tinty Foundation, Inc. is to support youth athletics, public safety services and animal care and rights.
The intention of the Tinty Foundation, Inc. is to provide various organizations with funds in the form of grants that will assist them in meeting their objectives in accordance with the bylaws of the foundation.
